EAST HAVEN, CT - Work is moving quickly on the new Lobster Shack restaurant location on the oceanfront in East Haven. On Facebook, the owners who previously sold their award winning lobster rolls in Branford, had this to say about the ongoing work at the old Beachhead and plans to open: "The construction of the new Lobster Shack on Cosey Beach Ave by (Plans Ahead LLC )in East Haven is moving along. "The hope is to be open by midsummer. "The rooftop deck with incredible water views all around is nearing completion as is the kitchen that will be serving up many delicious lobster rolls for your enjoyment. "Should be a go to place if you have friends in town, or just want to check it out on your own. "The town has been great, neighbors as well have been excited and stopping by. I'll be there a lot this summer!"
