It begins at 9am at East Haven Town Hall.  A bargain at $5 a vehicle. </div> Monday, May 27 Memorial Day The ceremonies and remembrances will feature an 11:30am procession from the American Legion Post 89 on Thompson Avenue to the East Haven Green. The East Haven High School Band will provide a program of patriotic music also beginning at 11:30am at the gazebo on the Green.  Beginning at noon, there will be remarks from Mayor Joseph Maturo who will honor Ralph "Butch" Mannochi, East Haven's 2013 Honored Veteran.
