Saturday, May 18
The East Haven High School marching band is holding a car wash fundraiser on Saturday at the town hall parking lot. $5 a car or truck.
The Hagaman Memorial Library will host a free event featuring five local authors on Saturday beginning at 2pm. The authors include Michael A. Draper, author of Splattered Blood; Georgian Lussier, author of 55+Unite! Welcome All Wise Working Women; Paula Sievers, author of A Bipolar's Song: An Inspirational Book of the Bipolar Disease; Tracy A. LeCates, author of The Kinship of Scales mysteries and Martin H. Petry author of the Hard Justice series. A book sale and signing will follow the presentation. Sunday, May 19
Mass and a blessing of the motorcycles will take place on Sunday at Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 355 Foxon Road. Mass begins at 11:30am.
