As an Enfield resident and neighbor of Aaron Thomas, I want to share why I’m proud to support him. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Aaron not just as a candidate, but as a genuinely good human being who cares deeply about our town and the people in it.
Aaron has always believed that Enfield is an incredible place to raise a family, and he lives that belief every day. With multiple generations of his family calling Enfield home, Aaron has built his life here alongside his partner, Amanda, and their daughter, Abigail, who graduated from Enfield High School’s Class of 2025. He’s also a proud uncle to two nephews in our local schools, and his commitment to investing in Enfield’s education system and future generations is unwavering.
But what stands out most to me is Aaron’s kindness and sense of community. Every summer, he grows a huge garden and delivers vegetables to neighbors across town, not for recognition, but simply to share what he has. When my family was going through a difficult time, Aaron personally cooked and delivered meals to us, asking for nothing in return. He also hosts neighborhood gatherings a couple of times a year, cooking for everyone at his own expense, just to bring people together. That’s who Aaron is: generous, compassionate, and community-minded.

He’s also smart, thoughtful, and always eager to learn. Over the past months, Aaron has been actively asking Enfield residents what they truly want and need to see in their town. He listens. He asks questions. And he’s committed to doing the work: being fiscally responsible, balancing the budget wisely, attracting business, and making decisions that are in the best interest of the people who call Enfield home.
Aaron Thomas believes in transparency, education, and community: the very things that make Enfield special. I’ve seen firsthand his integrity, his work ethic, and his heart. That’s the kind of leadership we need right now.
