ACC and Town of Enfield Partner for Fall Festival and Homecoming

The Fall Festival and Homecoming event will be held October 14 at Asnuntuck Community College.

ENFIELD, CT - Asnuntuck Community College and the Town of Enfield will come together for a second year to offer a Fall Festival and Homecoming Event on Friday, October 14th, on Asnuntuck’s front lawn. Activities will start at 4 p.m. Vendors, who have participated in the Town of Enfield’s Community and Farmers Market throughout the season, will be on hand to sell their goods, until dusk. In addition, Just Jeannie, with her eclectic pop, country and classic rock selections, will return for a second year.

Sample beer from Enfield’s own Powder Hollow Brewery. Beer will also be available for sale.

The Val Ramos Flamenco Ensemble will perform Flamenco music, song and dance as part of the celebration and in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. The “cuadro” will feature Alfonso Cid (Cantaor/Singer), Val Ramos (Flamenco Guitarist), Jose Ramon Ramos (Flamenco Guitarist), Rebeca Tomas (Flamenco dancer), and Matt Moadel (Percussionist).

3-D Printing and welding demos, along with free treatments from ACC esthetics students, will also be happening during the Festival.
