Bobbie Kiner: A Lifelong Educator Committed to Rebuilding and Strengthening Enfield’s Schools

Bobbie Kiner for the Enfield Board of Education

I am proud to support Bobbie Kiner for the Enfield Board of Education. I’ve been fortunate to know Bobbie as a family friend for over 35 years, and in that time, I’ve seen her unwavering commitment to children, education, and our community.

Bobbie believes every classroom should be a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to discover a lifelong love of learning.

With her roles as a mother, grandmother, and a retired teacher with 30 years of experience, Bobbie brings a unique blend of professional insight and personal understanding to this role. Her extensive experience in middle and high school teaching, as well as elementary school tutoring, has given her a profound understanding of the diverse needs of today’s students. She recognizes that every child learns differently and that educators must cater not only to academic but also to emotional needs.

Bobbie is running for the Board of Education because she has witnessed the dire consequences of repeatedly underfunded school budgets. These cuts have resulted in overcrowded classrooms, overworked and under-supported staff, the loss of excellent programs and teachers, and too many unmet needs among Enfield’s students. The situation is urgent, and Bobbie is ready to take action.

Bobbie firmly believes that the key to student success lies in the collaboration between educators, families, and local and state leaders. She is committed to fostering this collaboration to ensure that every student is equipped and supported to compete and thrive in an increasingly diverse and global society.

Enfield needs a voice like Bobbie Kiner’s—experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to putting students first. Her leadership is crucial in addressing the challenges our schools face. I hope you’ll join me in supporting Bobbie Kiner for the Enfield Board of Education and all the Democrats on Row A on November 4.
