CT State Reps Encourage Residents To Retire Worn American Flags

CT State Reps are partnering with the American Legion Post #80 to host a collection drive for worn starting May 29.

From CT State Reps: State Representative Carol Hall (R-59), State Representative Greg Stokes (R-58) and State Senator John A. Kissel (R-7), in cooperation with American Legion Post #80, encourage residents to retire any worn American flags. The collection drive will begin on Monday, May 29 th and will run until Monday, June 12 th .

Drop off locations include:

  • Enfield Town Hall – 820 Enfield Street
  • Enfield Public Library – 104 Middle Road
  • Enfield Senior Center – 299 Elm Street

Collected flags will be then brought to the American Legion Post for a proper retirement ceremony.
