Driver in Accident That Killed Enfield Man Gets Suspended Sentence
The accident occurred in Massachusetts in July of 2012.

A Massachusetts teenager who struck and killed an Enfield man with his car last July has avoided jail time, CBS Local reports.
Jacob Earl, 18, of Buckland, MA was handed down a suspended sentence Tuesday with 100 hours of community service after pleading guilty to vehicular homicide, the Boston Herald reports.
Officials say Earl was making a delivery for his employer last summer when he struck two motorcyclists on Route 2 in Charlemont, MA, killing 56-year-old Douglas Chouinard of Enfield, according to CBS Local.
