Friday, Aug. 1

Jessica Pasini, 35, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violating a protective order, 12:16 a.m.

Stephanie A. Hoffman, 60, of Enfield, was charged with misuse of 911 system, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 12:47 p.m.

Justin P. Werther, 40, of Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 4:15 p.m.

Samantha H. Paquette, 34, of Manchester, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, falsifying marker and operating without minimum insurance, 7:03 p.m.

Mitchell Hoffman, 38, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, first-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree sexual assault, 11:29 a.m.

Sunday, Aug. 3

John H. Bottomley, 64, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:13 a.m.

Angelo D. Abair, 41, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with tampering with physical evidence, making a false statement and interfering with an officer, 7:00 p.m.

Kristie L. Joubert, 44, of Enfield, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, making a false statement, reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 7:30 p.m.

Samuel M. Winston, 63, of Bloomfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 7:50 p.m.
