Tuesday, Aug. 12

Evewlyn Guebla, 26, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:37 p.m.

Bryan Panche, 25, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 3:37 p.m.

Diego Fernando, 27, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:37 p.m.

Donovan Marsh, 20, of Enfield, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, third-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license, 10:50 p.m.

Aida Laboy, 22, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, 11:00 p.m.

Jayden Caudle, 22, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, 11:10 p.m.

Rico Swindon, 32, of Somers, was charged with interfering with an officer, evading responsibility, operating without a license and following too closely, 1:50 p.m.

Holvin E. Garcia Vazquez, 41, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, 4:21 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 14

Marcus Garcia, 30, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 2:43 p.m.

Nilsa Ramos Perdomo, 45, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:05 a.m.

Roberto Perez, 29, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 7:19 a.m.

Sunday, Aug. 17

Bertha Pelkie, 46, of Rochester, N.Y., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker, 1:29 p.m.

Justin Torres, 35, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sale of a narcotics substance, criminal possession of a firearm and illegal alteration of firearm identifications, 2:45 p.m.

London Jones, 52, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny, 7:17 p.m.

Peter James, 25, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and operating under suspension, 7:30 p.m.
