Monday, Aug. 18

Giovani C. Guilamo-Torres, 23, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:40 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 19

Anthony Ramos-Huston, 25, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance, failure to drive in proper lane, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and loaning/selling marker, 6:30 a.m.

Ela Trehan, 22, of Agaam, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and interfering with an officer, 12:42 p.m.

Christopher Cromwell, 45, of Somers, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, 1:25 p.m.

Brandyn Snyder, 33, of Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 2:00 p.m.

Jeremy Sheehan, 55, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 20

Steven J. Palmer, 32, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 12:48 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 21

Maria Fernandez, 20, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:55 p.m.

Kelly Holt, 53, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree burglary and illegally taking a payment card, 3:35 p.m.

Corey Brown, 44, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, 4:55 p.m.

Marlon Holmes, 49, of Enfield, was charged on an extradition arrest, 5:26 p.m.

Rhonda Webber, 61, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 5:32 p.m.

Nicholas Latina, 35, of Cromwell, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a shoplifting device and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 6:46 p.m.

Rachel Smith, 40, of Winnemucca, Nev., was charged with falsifying marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and on an extradition arrest, 10:23 p.m.
