Friday, Aug. 8

James N. Vanech, 34, of Waterford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree forgery, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying marker and operating without minimum insurance, 9:22 a.m.

Crystal L. Therrien, 46, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts). 11:30 a.m.

Saturday, Aug. 9

David W. Martin, 60, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition device, 1:30 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 10

Earl Moore, 28, of Mesquite, Tex., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 2:25 p.m.

Rachel M. Smith, 40, of Winnemucca, Nev., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and falsifying marker, 2:25 p.m.

Christian M. McLachlan, 30, of Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 6:30 p.m.

Thomas E. Ellsworth, 57, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:45 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 11

Ryan Kirkland, 38, of Newington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 5:25 p.m.

Derwin Breary, 30, of East Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, assault on public safety personnel, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, imrpoper use of marker and operating under suspension, 8:03 p.m.
