Brian Scarborough, 65, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 2:25 p.m.

Michelle Dickson, 34, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree forgery, 8:12 p.m.

Cameron Boehm, 22, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:17 p.m.
