Tuesday, Aug. 20

Shavar Walker, 36, of Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and illegal destruction of property, 8:30 a.m.

Rodney Lynch, 28, of Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 5:02 p.m.

Jusstin Rodriguez, 33, of Providence, R.I., was charged with risk of injury to a child, engaging police in pursuit and failure to display lights, 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

Justin Miller, 38, of Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 5:58 p.m.

Kenneth Scarborough, 28, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:04 p.m.

Thomas Albano, 70, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 8:15 p.m.
