Kristen Vincent, 35, of Windsor Locks, was charged with reckless driving and second-degree reckless endangerment, 9:00 p.m.

Andres Barclett, 30, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility, operating a drug factory, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal trover, payment card theft, third-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, sale of a narcotic substance, larceny of a motor vehicle (two counts), failure to comply with pass on right rules, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating without a license, 10:57 p.m.

Jasmine Marmolejos, 20, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle (two counts), 4:14 p.m.

Danny Holder, 71, of Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:16 p.m.

Jaime Caruthers, 42, of Suffield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:47 p.m.

Melinda Vosburgh, 40, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, 9:18 p.m.

Richard Congelosi, 30, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:26 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 2

Matthew Paradis, 35, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 10:10 a.m.

Joan Erisoty, 83, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:27 p.m.

Shawn Malcarne, 36, of Westbrook, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle, 3:00 p.m.

Xavier Soboslai, 18, of East Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 5:00 p.m.

Thomas Clayton, 18, of East Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 5:00 p.m.

Alyssa DiPietro, 29, of Stratford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition device, violating rear facing child seats requirements, operating under suspension, failure to reinstate license after 60 days, transporting a child without restraint and leaving a child under 12 unsupervised in a public place or motor vehicle, 5:05 p.m.
