Friday, Aug. 9

Adam Berel, 62, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving and evading responsibility, 10:24 a.m.

James Dubreuil, 23, of Trumbull, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:00 p.m.

Elizabeth Powell, 39, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear (four counts), 5:52 p.m.

Zbagniew Paszek, 54, of Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, second-degree threatening and traveling unreasonably fast, 8:20 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 11

Rafael Baez, 21, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and transporting a child aged 5-8 without restraint, 7:20 p.m.

Dianelys Cortes, 23, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 7:20 p.m.
