Monday, Dec. 16

Johnny Colon, 39, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree reckless endangerment and carrying a pistol without a permit, 1:31 p.m.

Michael Tellier, 45, of Enfield, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 5:35 p.m.

James Zbikowski, 60, of Enfield, was charged with second-=degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault, 11:32 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 17

Melinda Vosburgh, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 11:30 a.m.

Vincent Deprisco, 60, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 3:15 p.m.

Samantha Plankey, 41, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny, 4:00 p.m.

Monazha Lacy, 25, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device and violation of probation, 6:30 p.m.

Tykirah Weaver, 20, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device and second-degree failure to appear, 6:30 p.m.

Jermaine Scales,53, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:20 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 18

Blanca Pinero-Rodriguez, 40, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a child and operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger, 12:46 a.m.

David Fonda, 41, of Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree larceny (two counts), 5:57 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 19

Alexis Villanueva, 35, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 2:50 a.m.

Brenda Whitehead, 32, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny and insurance fraud, 9:34 a.m.

Charlene Wheeler, 59, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree larceny and insurance fraud, 9:43 a.m.

Khalihah Michaels, 19, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:30 p.m.
