Denise Avery, 51, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and violating motor vehicle license/permit requirements, 10:50 a.m.

Andrew Connors, 20, of Windsor Locks, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 2:30 p.m.

Jerry Dewberry, 46, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 3:25 p.m.

Deion Graves, 27, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:23 p.m.

Katrina Bower, 38, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 12:30 p.m.

Joyce Bialobrzeski, 64, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 4:15 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 22

Andrew Delusa, 30, of Westfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:29 a.m.

Natashe Medson, 27, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:02 a.m.

Luis Burgos, 33, of Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with engaging police in pursuit, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, larceny of a motor vehicle and operating without a license, 6:00 p.m.

Zachary Presta, 26, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, 10:08 p.m.
