Tuesday, Feb. 18

Kathryn Bartolomei, 41, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear (five counts), 10:30 a.m.

Richard Masse, 52, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree forgery and larceny of a motor vehicle, 2:17 p.m.

Hayden Vincent, 19, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:54 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

Ryan Runyon, 36, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 8:20 a.m.

Zachary Owens, 25, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency, 3:44 p.m.

Crystal Grove, 27, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:00 p.m.

Kristie Joubert, 43, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and failure to obey stop sign, 9:20 p.m.

Angelo Obair, 41, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer, 9:20 p.m.

Joshua Garrison, 29, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, 11:00 p.m.

Elizabeth Diaz-Sanchez, 36, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:47 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 20

Alex Imperatrice, 70, of West Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, 2:06 a.m.

Cameron Carlander, 18, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, criminal lockout and second-degree threatening, 12:10 p.m.
