Robert F. Legault, 33, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 11:45 a.m.

Johnny R. Hallums-Burton, 24, of Enfield, was charged with theft of plates/inserts and operating under suspension, 2:45 p.m.

John E. Hart, 63, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:05 p.m.

Paul A. Layte, 34, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:58 p.m.

Spencer C. Bienvenue, 50, of Somers, was charged with reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 9:16 p.m.

Regina R. Roberts, 26, of Cromwell, was charged with violation of probation (three counts), 11:21 p.m.
