Alexsis Cordova, 19, of Windsor Locks, was charged with evading responsibility and operating without a license, 9:00 a.m.

Juanita Ubri, 26, of Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:40 p.m.

Yoselin Valentin, 18, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, operating under suspension, violation of tinted auto glass requirements and failure to move over for an emergency vehicle, 10:38 p.m.

Jadidiah Nebb, 23, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, violating a protective order and third-degree assault, 10:38 p.m.

Cynthia Fernandes, 23, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker, 8:13 a.m.

Brandon Velez, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and interfering with an officer, 2:49 a.m.
