Monday, Feb. 3

Shawn Bell, 20, of Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:08 p.m.

Scott Kaminski, 39, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with violation of probation (two counts), possession of a controlled substance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 2:51 p.m.

Emily Deblok, 33, of East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:45 p.m.

Jacob Mayock, 35, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:45 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 4

Anthony Smith, 32, of Hartford, was charged with violating a protective order, 7:37 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

Rafael Baez, 22, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 5:37 a.m.

Cristian Centeno, 26, of Meriden, was charged with engaging police in pursuit and traveling unreasonably fast, 6:54 a.m.

Joel Arietti, 33, of Somers, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:10 p.m.

Alexander Diaz, 29, of Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery and larceny of a motor vehicle, 9:30 a.m.

Conrad Barnes, 25, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 1:44 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 6

William Lacis, 54, of Willimantic, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, violation of probation, operating under suspension and operating without a license, 4:58 p.m.
