Justin Werther, 39, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, 6:18 p.m.

Crystal Therrien, 45, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 10:12 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 11

Alexander Puello, 26, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged with organized retail theft, third-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel, 4:33 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 12

Pedro Mateo, 48, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged on an extradition arrest, 2:29 p.m.

Brian Talaga, 42, of Manchester, was charged with engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving, 6:51 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 13

Jose Collazo, 32, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without a license and unauthorized insurer, 6:50 p.m.
