Tuesday, Jan. 14

Julio Rodriguez, 40, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 6:30 p.m.

Ashlen Roman, 27, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, 8:03 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

Amanda Moodie, 48, of Manchester, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 2:00 p.m.

Joshua Sage, 42, of Windsor, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:30 p.m.

Debra Sack, 59, of Suffield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:41 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 16

Martin Calderon, 34, of Hartford, was charged with violating deadly weapon registration requirements (three counts), 11:48 a.m.

Frederick Sowell, 29, of Enfield, was charged with assault on public safety personnel, 11:54 a.m.

Rashaun Bourne, 44, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 6:04 p.m.
