Samuel Texidor, 27, of Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16 and fourth-degree sexual assault, 7:38 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 1

Austin Jubrey, 37, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 2:31 a.m.

Brenda Whitehead, 32, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny and insurance fraud, 7:45 p.m.

Charlene Wheeler, 60, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree larceny and insurance fraud, 7:45 p.m.

Alicia Zinn, 39, of Montgomery, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 3:40 p.m.

Jason Johnson, 51, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 3:40 p.m.

Michael Palmer, 50, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 9:07 p.m.
