Monday, July 1

Alec Burkholder, 24, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 2:25 a.m.

Miguel Sanchez-Rocha, 41, of Enfield, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, falsifying marker/license/registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 1:31 p.m.

Lacey Cruz, 33, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 3:15 p.m.

Christopher Clarke, 35, of Hartford, was charged with violating a protective order and improper use of marker, 7:30 p.m.

Alexander Martinez, 18, of Enfield, was charged with public indecency, 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 2

Dillen Shackelford, 30, of Groveland, Fla., was charged with making a false statement, interfering with an officer and operating without a license, 9:36 a.m.

Michael Lyons, 40, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, criminal use of a weapon, second-degree assault and second-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, 9:50 a.m.

Dion Thompson, 46, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 11:20 a.m.

Jamel Altimimi, 34, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), payment card theft (two counts), receipt of goods from an illegally-used credit card (two counts), third-degree identity theft (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:30 a.m.

Wednesday, July 3

Zachary Agruso, 30, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 1:35 a.m.

Lewis Belske, 40, of Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order, 10:45 a.m.

Rosalio Rocha, 55, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree larceny (two counts), 6:34 p.m.

Nicole Portunato, 41, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 9:06 p.m.

Christopher Tingen, 45, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 9:33 p.m.

Thursday, July 4

Peter Smario, 44, of Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal discharge of a firearm, first-degree criminal mischief, criminal possession of a firearm, first-degree assault, criminal violation of a restraining order, first-degree threatening and carrying a pistol without a permit, 11:25 a.m.

John Bien, 46, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, criminal impersonation and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 3:05 p.m.

Justin Beusee, 39, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 11:49 p.m.
