Monday, July 29

Fritzroy Williams, 56, of Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:45 a.m.

Tuesday, July 30

Braden Price, 34, of Dalton, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 6:41 p.m.

Louis Perez, 37, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and first-degree unlawful restraint, 7:45 p.m.

Justin Foster, 37, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 7:46 p.m.

Tyrus Prude, 34, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 8:15 p.m.

William Tucker, 40, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, 11:10 p.m.

Wednesday, July 31

Josue Ramirez, 29, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 8:45 p.m.

Lorenzo Hemingway, 34, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:21 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 1

Stephen Hluchnik, 54, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 9:00 a.m.

Steven Norman, 19, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography (five counts) and second-degree possession of child pornography, 10:55 a.m.

Matthew Paradis, 35, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive upon right, failure to obey stop sign and operating a motorcycle without endorsement, 5:55 p.m.

Jannie Carrucini, 19, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 6:33 p.m.
