Irmari Rivera, 43, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 10:45 a.m.

Nathan Rivera, 30, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:24 p.m.

Topaze Stinson, 53, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (four counts), 7:32 p.m.

Brett Clark, 32, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:30 p.m.
