Friday, Nov. 15

Gregory Martinez, 34, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to comply with state traffic commission requirements, 1:54 a.m.

Irmari Rivera, 43, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 10:45 a.m.

Nathan Rivera, 30, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:24 p.m.

Topaze Stinson, 53, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (four counts), 7:32 p.m.

Gary Weeks, 53, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 10:51 a.m.

Suheidy Santos, 47, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 12:30 p.m.
