Shalymar Rivera-Santiago, 26, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 9:00 a.m.

Russell Smith, 54, of Bay Shore, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts), payment card theft (two counts), third-degree identity theft (two counts), criminal impersonation (two counts) and second-degree forgery (two counts), 12:00 p.m.

Keno Moore, 24, of Greenlawn, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), payment card theft (two counts), third-degree identity theft (two counts), criminal impersonation (two counts) and second-degree forgery (two counts), 12:00 p.m.

Martin Williams, 18, of Enfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, risk of injury to a child, first-degree breach of peace, possessing a weapon on school grounds and first-degree reckless endangerment, 11:30 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 21

Gilberto Vazquez, 52, of New York, N.Y., was charged with third-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation, 11:54 a.m.

Kifayeh Betts, 19, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 11:59 a.m.

Jordan Micks, 26, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights, 4:43 p.m.
