Keith Grzywna, 45, of Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, 1:45 a.m.

Elena A. Corning, 45, of Enfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, assault on public safety personnel (two counts), second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, second-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and first-degree reckless endangerment, 9:00 a.m.

Eugenea Carter, 56, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:45 p.m.

Kevin O. Carter, 44, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:45 p.m.

Shantol Nash, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:45 p.m.

Jeffrey D. Klotz, 56, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:11 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 23

James Wheat, 35, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny, 12:00 p.m.

Jessica Suarez, 38, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 3:00 p.m.

Christopher Carter, 50, of Enfield, was charged with stealing a firearm, 8:00 p.m.

Russell Vigue, 58, of Newington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:41 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 24

Ruslan Umarov, 25, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and second-degree unlawful restraint, 9:40 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 25

Paul Arroyo, 32, of Uncasville, was charged with first-degree burglary (two counts), second-degree criminal mischief (two counts), first-degree larceny (two counts) and larceny of a motor vehicle (two counts), 11:30 a.m.

Ryan Sullivan, 40, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 2:53 p.m.
