Nelson Cruz, 63, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree larceny, illegally taking a payment card, second-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation and first-degree forgery, 11:30 a.m.

Brady Tyburski, 18, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:58 p.m.
