Tuesday, Oct. 15

James Williams, 26, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast, 2:15 a.m.

Neill Woodward, 26, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:55 p.m.

Amanda Behringer, 41, of East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny, 5:25 p.m.

Sierria Blyther, 27, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 7:28 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

Amy Riddle, 43, of Newington, was charged with evading responsibility, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, 6:57 a.m.

Josue Ortiz, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 11:19 a.m.

James Foley, 42, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:40 p.m.

Camila Rincon, 21, of Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device and first-degree failure to appear, 2:02 p.m.

Lamar Davis, 18, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer (two counts), reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and operating under suspension, 5:00 p.m.

Josue Ortiz, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, 7:56 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 17

Louis Mims, 64, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny, 10:53 a.m.

Ryan Watts, 40, of Glastonbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:15 p.m.
