Wednesday, Sept. 3

Lauren Mikulski, 33, of Somers, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a child, operating under the influence while driving a passenger under age 18, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, 10:41 p.m.

Topaze R. Stinson, 53, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 1:30 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 5

Jeremy J. Sheehan, 55, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 1:30 p.m.

Jodi Mateo, 41, of Three Rivers, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:22 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 6

Eriyan S. Baker, 21, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 3:50 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 7

Marcel A. Carter, 27, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:30 a.m.

Angelo D. Abair, 41, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:00 p.m.

Kristie L. Joubert, 44, of Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, use of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and operating under suspension, 4:10 p.m.
