Theresa Corbin, 47, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 12:00 p.m.

Anna Smith, 60, of Enfield, was charged with cruelty to animals, 12:18 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Samuel Ducharme, 33, of Southampton, Mass., was charged with cruelty to animals, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 5:27 a.m.

Vincent Evelina, 26, of Wallington, N.J., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, public indecency and failure to display plates/inserts, 9:50 a.m.

Cardia Powell, 33, of Bristol, was charged with engaging police in pursuit and sixth-degree larceny, 12:00 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 26

Kifayeh Betts, 18, of Enfield, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of a large capacity magazine, 1:26 p.m.
