Joseph Saez, 32, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 11:29 a.m.
Nicholas Volpe, 42, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (two counts), second-degree abuse of persons (two counts), third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim (two counts), second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening, 2:19 p.m.
