Nicholas Volpe, 42, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (two counts), second-degree abuse of persons (two counts), third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim (two counts), second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening, 2:19 p.m.

Stephanie Hoffman, 59, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, 4:00 p.m.

Travis Potter, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with second-degree threatening and on an extradition arrest, 4:42 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 3

Santos M. Delgado, 44, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 12:30 p.m.

Samalier Rivera Tirado, 32, of East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:54 p.m.

Richard M. Hicks, 31, of Thorndike, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, carrying a dangerous weapon, following too closely and operating without a license, 9:49 op.m.

Friday, Oct. 4

Vincent G. Deprisco, 60, of Enfield, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 10:15 a.m.

Joseph L. Wilson, 29, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, 12:46 p.m.

Liza M. Gomez-Correa, 40, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:08 p.m.
