Brandon Freeman, 44, of Henry Street, Windsor, was charged with falsifying a marker/license/registration, operating a motor vehicle without a license, violation of probation, and sixth-degree larceny at 1:35 p.m. He was to appear in court on Sept. 16.
Daxson Catolane, 53, of Central Street, Enfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and threatening at 10:37 p.m. He was to appear in court on Sept. 16.

Sept. 17
Kayla Daggett, 36, of Belmont Avenue, Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 11:40 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 18.
Matthew Berman, 36, of Wisteria Lane, Agawam, Mass., was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 3 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 30.
Sept. 18
Christina Lopez, 44, of Dickinson Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:20 a.m. She will appear in court on Sept. 30.
Kahari Ware, 24, of Evergreen Avenue, Hartford, was charged with six counts of third-degree burglary and six counts of sixth-degree larceny at 8:34 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.
James Spence, 63, of Ridge Road, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11:51 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.
