How did you come up with the name?

I came up with name to make sure that clients understand that it is my goal to keep their pets in their homes as much as possible as opposed to being placed in kennels or other public situations that can cause stress and illnesses.

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?

I started this business in Enfield because it is my home town and I wanted to make my services available to my community and surrounding areas.

Briefly, what business are you in?

Pet care.

What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Getting my name out there for my community to know I am here and willing to help.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

Finances.

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

The gratitude I receive from the owners and the pets is very rewarding.

How do you deal with difficult customers?

I haven’t had any yet. My goal is to provide what is necessary for the pet and certainly do expect to come across some owners that may present to be difficult.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

Even though I am just getting this business up and running, I have donated my services and food to a benefit party where approximately $1,500 was raised and donated to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital and plan to do more in the future.
