ENFIELD, CT — Local police are offering Enfield children an evening of "spooktacular fun" this Thursday, Oct. 30.The Enfield Police Department's annual "Trunk or Treat" celebration will take place at Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield St., from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. that day."Bring the whole family for candy, music, and lots of fun — and don't forget to wear your costume," wrote the EPD.
