The facility, located at 90 Parsons Rd., will be open to the public Wednesday from 1:30-6:00 p.m., <a href="http://enfield-ct.gov/#" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a post on the Town of Enfield's Web site</a>.  During that time, residents may tour the facility, meet the staff and ask questions.
