Kids First Hosts Enfield Pirate and Food Truck Festival

This weekend Kids First of Enfield will host its first annual Pirate and Food Truck Festival at the Enfield Green, located at 820 Enfield St., according to the event’s website.

Kids First of Enfield is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health, safety and welfare of the children of Enfield, the website says.

Some of the festival’s highlights include pirate-themed fun for kids and families, as well as a food truck fair with lots of savory and sweet options, the website says.

The two-day festival overall schedule is as follows:

• Saturday, Sept. 5 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday, Sept. 6 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

General admission for all over the age of 13 is $5, and admission for all ages 12 and under is free, the website says.
