• Enfield Seeks Redesign Of Thompsonville Streets (patch.com) — Enfield is moving ahead with plans to redesign key Thompsonville streets to better connect residents with the future Enfield Station, nearby green space, and the Connecticut River. Using $1 million in federal funding, the town will hire a consultant to update designs for Main, North Main, and Pearl streets, emphasizing safer walking, biking, and accessibility improvements. Proposals are due in February, with design work expected to wrap up by late June.
