PHOTOS: National Night Out A Huge Hit With Enfield Community

ENFIELD, CT — Despite the looming threat of rain, hundreds of residents attended National Night Out (NNO) Tuesday at the town green and town hall. NNO is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police and community partnerships.

Members of the Enfield Police Department were on hand for canine and drone demonstrations, and families were able to examine some cruisers and equipment. Trucks from some of the town's five fire departments were on display, as was an ambulance from Enfield EMS. Volunteers hosted stations consisting of arts and crafts, games, handouts and entertainment.
