The 19-year-old faces six charges of possessing child porn, with some images on his cell phones depicting girls under age 10, police said.

He turned over two cell phones to police, and told officers some of the porn was on an app called Mega. He consented to a search of the digital devices, and members of the detective bureau took over the investigation, according to the affidavit.
One device contained 304 videos and more than 4,600 total files, including some depicting persons "under the age of 16 engaged in sexually explicit conduct." Chat messages on the Discord app indicated Norman engaged in an online agreement to purchase nude photos of a girl purported to be 13 years old using his PayPal and CashApp accounts, according to the affidavit.
