HARTFORD-TOLLAND COUNTIES, CT — An overnight snowfall left roadways with very slippery driving conditions Monday morning, prompting every school system in Patch towns in Hartford and Tolland counties to operate on a delayed opening basis.

All schools in the region will open two hours late, with the exception of Southington, which has a 3-hour delay.
