I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for Dean Gousse for the Enfield Board of Education. I have known Dean for six years, and he has always impressed me as a thoughtful and intelligent person who truly cares about his community.

Dean is someone who works hard and gets involved because he genuinely wants to make a difference. He has a knack for identifying the root cause of any problem and creating a practical plan to fix it—skills that come naturally from his profession as a network engineer.
Beyond his professional strengths, Dean is also a devoted father and positive role model. He has been actively involved in activities that mattered to his son, such as Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and music programs—always putting family and values first.
Dean understands the importance of managing business and school budgets with logic and fairness, ensuring resources are used wisely for the benefit of our students. His analytical thinking and community spirit make him the right choice to help guide the future of Enfield’s schools.
