- According to the Daily Voice, "the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is recommending indoor mask-wearing in seven of Connecticut's eight counties in its latest COVID-19 data tracker report. As of Friday, Middlesex County was identified as one of the] counties in the “orange” zone with "high” COVID levels where masks are currently recommended."(Daily Voice)
- The River Valley Artists' rotating exhibit of paintings, sculptures, pottery and more will be installed in the Deep River Library on Feb. 6 and ready to view Feb. 7. The work will change out about every three months. According to a Facebook post, The River Valley Artists are planning some intriguing programming as well. This s is a wonderful opportunity for our group of Chester, Essex and Deep River artists, and we hope our work will show well in this historic and treasured building."
