Deep River, CT — August 21, 2025 — Incarnation Center is pleased to announce that the Community Foundation of Middlesex County (CFMC) has awarded two grants supporting Bushy Hill programs in 2025.

The first, a $5,000 grant to Bushy Hill Day Camp, will provide camperships for children ages 4–15 across Middlesex County. This support ensures that more families can access the Center’s unique nature-based programming, where children learn, play, and grow through hands-on experiences outdoors.

In addition, CFMC has awarded a $1,000 grant to Bushy Hill Nature Center, further strengthening opportunities for children and families to connect with the environment.

“At Bushy Hill, we believe every child deserves the chance to spend their summer outside exploring, discovering, and building friendships,” said Emily Nelson, Director of Bushy Hill. “The Community Foundation of Middlesex County and their donors are helping to make that possible for more families, and we’re so thankful for their partnership.”

These grants are made possible by the generosity of the GSB Grant Making Fund, Sherry and Herb Clark Family Fund, Edmund T. and Barbara S. Delaney Fund, and the M. Jones Family Fund at the Community Foundation of Middlesex County.
