According to an email sent out from the town, "the purpose of the meeting is to receive estimates and requests for expenditures of the Town of Essex for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and to hear any and all persons who wish to be heard in regard to any appropriation they are desirous the Board should recommend or reject."
