  1. It's Muster weekend in Deep River. Fife and Drum Corps from all over the country and the world will be descending on the small town of Deep River this weekend. The excitement and thrill of the Muster is a time-honored tradition for this small town. Always held on the third Saturday of July. The parade starts at 11 a.m. and the Muster follows it. On Friday night the traditional tattoo is held at Devitt Field. The Deep River Ancient Muster is the largest and oldest gathering of Fife and Drum musicians and enthusiasts in the world according to its website. Transforming Deep River's Main Street into a live-action historic scene, the Muster gives spectators a glimpse into this country's past. Hope to see you there, its always a great time! ALC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to change the lives of young adults with autism or other neurodiversity. Through its programs, young adults develop the skills they need to overcome the daunting barriers they face in finding and keeping meaningful work as well as becoming engaged and active members of our community."
