Entering the third buying season amid the Covid-19 pandemic reportedly, a new study suggests that real estate prices in some areas of Connecticut communities are up as much as 20 percent. That's a bit higher than the rise throughout New England, which is approximately 15.9 percent in January from a year earlier, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency. (CTPost)
